Happy Halloween!

Special thanks to our Young Professionals Board (YPB) for hosting a family Halloween party on campus this past Friday.

Lots of fun was had by one and all with photo stations, games, treats and more!

Note: to protect identities client and child identities we have obscured their faces.

A Short Stay Leads to a Long-Term Change

A decade ago, Nicole and her family came to our family emergency homeless shelter. Today, she’s a homeowner and her 16-year old daughter Natalia is enrolled in college courses.

Hear from Nicole, in her own words, how a relatively short stay at UMOM helped create a big change in her family’s life.

Giving Tuesday Starts Early

This Giving Tuesday, we’re aiming to raise $200,000 to help families get off the waitlist, into shelter, and ultimately into a safe, stable home.

Thanks to some of our most generous donors, donations made before November 15th at midnight will be matched, dollar-for-dollar...doubling the impact!

Over $650,000 Raised at 2023 Buckles & Bangles Gala!

“The fundraising goal for this event was $500,000 and the generosity and support of our sponsors, attendees & community will make a massive impact on our mission to end family homelessness in the Valley,” said UMOM Chief Development Officer Colette Black.

And last, but certainly not least…
