    Matt Benjamin is a senior financial executive and retired senior partner from Deloitte. Matthew has devoted a great deal of time serving on nonprofit boards over the years and is a guest lecturer at Arizona State University’s WP Carey School of Business.

    Amy Davidson has more than 20 years of leadership experience in the technology industry, currently serving as New Build Manager at Cox Communications. Since joining the UMOM board, she helped create the Young Professionals Council.

    Matt Chiarello is an employee benefits and executive compensation attorney at Snell & Wilmer L.L.P. He regularly assists employers in the design, administration and documentation of qualified and non-qualified retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation programs.

    Mike has been an employee benefits insurance broker/consultant with Lovitt & Touché since 1998, recently spending most of his time educating clients about the opportunities within the Affordable Care Act. Mike helps medium to large companies manage the cost and quality of their insurance programs, ensuring that their businesses are successful and their employees are protected from financial risk so that they can have productive lives.

She is responsible for all talent operations efforts for the Agency, the culture program, training & education and talent development. Programs she has spearheaded include raising funds and awareness for UMOM New Day Centers, as well as other local charities. Jenica previously served as the Activities Chair for the UMOM New Day Center's Young Professionals Council.

  • Melissa Rynders

    Rev. Melissa Rynders was born in Provo, Utah and grew up in various parts of Utah, Arizona, and Southern California. After participating in several conference Boards, including the Conference Council on Youth Ministries; The Strategic Planning Committee; Covenant Council; and The Young Adult Conference Committee; Melissa felt a call into ordained ministry. She recently completed one year as the senior pastor of Catalina UMC before moving into the role of East District Superintendent

    Lori Markson is the Executive Vice President of Portfolio Operations at STORE Capital. Lori has served in leadership roles at STORE for seven years. Lori has 25 years of broad-based commercial lending and real estate experience. Prior to joining STORE, she had a 15-year career at GE Capital where she served as Managing Director of Underwriting and Portfolio Management and Vice President of Underwriting. Prior to GE, Lori held positions in commercial real estate underwriting, valuation and loan origination.
